in new product knowledge and installation methods. Their flooring expertise is available to help identify the proper products
and specifications for your unique installation. We support this by providing an extensive product and information library
which is also available to our customers.
Budget Planning Johnson Commercial Interiors understands the complexities that go into planning a budget for your projects. Our sales team can help determine product quantities, allowances and budget pricing for you.
Estimating
Johnson Commercial Interiors sales and estimating staff is trained to provide a detailed and accurate estimate. We are able to
quote a project from either a blue print or jobsite measurements. We will visit your space to evaluate the current floor conditions
to help minimize unforeseen costs.
Project Management
Johnson Commercial Interiors has a dedicated team of professionals who provide service to all our customers. Our team is experienced
in organizing projects of all sizes. We handle all aspects of the project including ordering materials, scheduling, checking job readiness,
installation and completion.
Professional Installation
Our experienced team of installers works to insure a smooth and quality installation. They take pride in their work and it shows in
the quality of the installation.
Furniture Moving
With today's offices filled with furniture, floor covering replacement can be a challenge. Johnson Commercial Interiors will coordinate
the tear-down and resetting of your furniture. We also offer the cost effective option to lift modular furniture systems when replacing
floor covering with carpet tile.
Maintenance Recommendations
Johnson Commercial Interiors is not interested in providing a product that only looks good for a few months. Floor covering takes the
greatest abuse of any construction material. It is in Johnson Commercial Interiors interest to not only identify the proper material
for each space, but also to educate our customers on how to care for them. Regular maintenance is a necessity for all types of flooring
and our team will be happy to identify your maintenance needs.
Green
At Johnson Commercial Interiors, we are keenly aware of the amount of material that is regularly disposed and thrown into landfills.
In an effort to reduce the future impact our business has on the environment, we have developed a "Green" initiative for our company.
We will work with clients to identify if their existing flooring is a candidate for reclamation or recycling. We have strategic
alliances with industry leaders who together help us to reclaim existing flooring for re-use, for recycling into new products or
for release of energy. Through our relationships we are able to offer this service at a minimal cost and in some cases no added cost.
In addition, we are constantly working with our vendors to promote environment-friendly products to our clients.
